We ship all orders using FedEx to provide reliable shipping anywhere in the United States. This allows us to offer predictable shipping costs, fast delivery, and safe handling of your snack gift boxes.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $9.95 for orders under $60
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $60 qualify for free shipping.
  • Gift Orders: Each gift box is carefully packed to ensure it arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days Mon-Fri.
  • FedEx delivery typically arrives in 2–3 business days depending on destination.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Because our products are perishable, we recommend someone be available to receive the package upon delivery.

Warm Weather Shipping During warmer months, we take extra steps to protect your snacks:

  • Insulated packaging may be used for chocolate or candy items.
  • We avoid weekend transit delays by not shipping temperature-sensitive products on Fridays.

Wholesale and bulk orders may qualify for separate freight arrangements. Please contact us directly to receive a custom shipping quote.

Boardwalk Peanuts Returns & Refunds Policy

At Boardwalk Peanuts, we want you to be delighted with every order. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Because our snacks are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns once a package has been delivered. This policy ensures the safety and freshness of our products.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging.
  • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong product, we’ll ship out the correct items at no additional cost.
  • Missing Items: If part of your order is missing, we’ll ship replacements promptly.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect.
  • Products not stored properly after delivery (e.g., exposure to heat).
  • Customer change of mind after the order has shipped.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the perishable nature of our snacks. Instead, refunds or replacements will be issued as described above.
